    Throwback Thursday Workout!

    I’m currently on vacation in beautiful Trinidad but I’m still making time for fitness.

    My first race is only a few days away so I decided to wake my muscles up with a quick workout.

    I usually turn to body weight exercises when I travel, so here’s what I did:

    AM

    Total: 21 minutes

    PM:

    • 45 minute walk after dinner
